- Unprofessional staff
Preferred solution: Hire Professionals. Get rid of Illegal Drug Activity. Hire MHPS with Empathy. Work with the City of Evanston. Don't admit people who are on Probation or Parole. This is an Extremely Safety Issue.

Preferred solution: Complain to the Attorney General and close this dangerous, corrupt facility. Law Suits and Police Reports should be filed by more victims of opioid and psycotripic prescribers/abusers.
